Kijuan Hodson

Bsc Sports Rehabilitation

At 18 Kijuan enlisted in The Royal Bermuda Regiment where he trained to become a Section Commander and personal trainer, he was involved in a serious car accident at 24 which lead to him wanting to study Injury Rehabilitation.

He graduated from the University of Cumbria with a Bsc in Sports Injury Rehabilitation in July 2019.  His final year research project focused on the effect of ankle stiffness on squat mechanics.

Kijuan is trained in Rock Taping, Dry Needling and has a special interest in strength and conditioning and anterior knee pain.

He has experience working with different athletic populations including the Brathay 10 in 10 Charity Challenge and most notably over the last couple of years with Graham hicks on his journey to become Britain’s strongest man.
