ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE TEACHER AND POSE RUNNING COACH
Erica is a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT), a professional body that regulates Alexander Technique teachers. She is a member of the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), an associate member of BackCare and of the College of Medicine.
She graduated from the Fellside Alexander School in Kendal in 2004, having successfully completed a three-year full-time teacher-training course.
Erica is unique in the UK in combining the teaching of the Alexander Technique and the Pose Running Method to improve peoples’ way of running. She is also a fully qualified Pose Running Coach, having trained with Dr Romanov the originator of this style of forefoot running.
She is also qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) personality questionnaire, which she uses to explore the links between personality and posture.
